Everyone, go get a frying pan, some oil, a pinch of garlic, and all other necessary seasonings because we are going to have some real, lean, FDA-approved, 100% grass-fed BEEF over here!
Hogwarts just announced that they are now offering an online option for all prospective wizards and witches. Although this might be an awesome and convenient alternative for many nerds who never could get into the prestigious wizarding school, there might be some major backlash.
For starters, they copied the same logo that BYU uses for their pathway program. Strangely, all of the students who were taking advantage of BYU’s flexible and affordable online program have mysteriously disappeared and dropped out of all classes. Even WEIRDER still, the entire BYU-Pathway building is completely gone from downtown Salt Lake.
This controversy has gone seemingly unnoticed by most people in the area. Most geeks are just excited that Hogwarts is opening its arms to people from all walks of life.
“I cannot wait to get my degree from Hogwarts-Pathway Online!” Thomas Rhyme told the Alternate Universe. “I was previously uhh…expelled from Hogwarts so this gives me the perfect opportunity to finally get my hands on that Potter Boy…I mean on that exciting potions class!”
We also reached out to the headmaster himself, Professor Albus Dumbledore, for a comment on the situation. As if he knew that simple muggles could do nothing to stop him from expanding his educational empire, Dumbledore promptly responded.
“Oh yeah, I totally ripped off BYU Pathway. It was about time we copied those fellow magicians out west,” said Professor Dumbledore.
