As the sun sets on the month of October, the BYU Honor code office has unveiled what they have in store for the month of November.
This morning a post on the office’s Instagram announced that they are launching “No NCMO November” in order to encourage students to refrain from committing what some have called Utah’s version of a one-night stand.
“NCMO Kills Love” is the chosen slogan for the campaign, piggybacking off of the popular anti-porn campaign’s slogan “Porn Kills Love”.
In an effort to spread this message, the HCO has used tithing funds to create free merch to give away at their Wilk booth everyday for the entire month. Only one item has been taken so far—a tube of “NCMO Kills Love” chapstick by junior business major Chaddington Bear.
