Guy Fieri has ventured into new territory by featuring the BYU Creamery on the latest episode of his show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.
After many years of petitioning to be on the show, the Creamery finally gets its wish. While the main focus of the episode is ice cream, they also showcase the other food. “What other place would sell ice cream, burgers, and fries?” said freshman employee Stefani Gwenson.
The employees showed Guy how to make a burger, use a cash register, and most importantly scoop ice cream.
Fieri also explored the grocery section of the Creamery. He made sure to try all of the dairy products they make. “I chugged a whole bottle of the ranch. There’s a flavor!” said Fieri. He loved the Cookies ‘N’ Cream Milk so much that he made it the official drink of his restaurants. He has already invented three cocktails that use it.
The entire crew was shocked by the number of dates happening inside. “Everyone in there was either way too awkward or showing way too much PDA,” said the cameraman.
The episode is expected to increase foot traffic tenfold.
