- Earlier this week Sarah West, one of BYU’s three nonmember students, filed a restraining order against two Provo missionaries. The decision was a long time in the making following various text messages, cookie drop-offs, and mid-afternoon visits from the overzealous companions.
“I must have twelve copies of the Book of Mormon by now,” an upset Sarah told The Alternate Universe in an exclusive interview. She goes on to describe her daily encounters with the missionaries.
“It all started when one of them noticed that I was wearing a tank top and asked me if I was a member or not. After telling him no, he and his companion started dropping by every day. I’m tired of being asked how my day was and having every conversation turn into a gospel lesson. Enough is enough.”
On the other hand, Elders Tanner and Allred are looking forward to the court hearing next week.
“It’s been hard to talk to Sarah since she started switching up her schedule. I almost think she’s trying to avoid us! It will be nice to see her in court next week. I have a Book of Mormon with a personal message inside to give her!” declared a smiling Elder Tanner.
