Move over Mr. Dugger, there’s a new family man in town.
The recent release of Fast and Furious 9 has released one of the internet’s favorite memes back into the wild: Vin Diesel. His character, Dominic Toretto, is infamous for his obsession with family and the internet does not want you to forget it.
As you have probably seen, Diesel’s focus on family has been meme’d across the internet and back since the theatrical release of Fast 9. “It’s all about family,” Toretto’s iconic line, has been plastered on memes on Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and even on your Dad’s Facebook page. This viral meme has been catching the eyes of many, including companies that definitely only want what’s best for their customers…
Vin Diesel’s take over of social media allowed everyone’s favorite bald, white actor (Bruce Willis was busy according to reports) to become a keynote speaker for the 2022 RootsTech Conference.
“We loved his focus on family,” RootsTech Spokesperson Emilia Kinney told The Alternate Universe. When asked about how this conference might appeal to the Fast and Furious audience, Kinney responded with this extraordinary response, “I’m sure Paul Walker needs his family history work done.”
RootsTech has been known to bring in popular celebrities to convince the masses that family history technology has dramatically improved in recent years. Despite these efforts, no one still cares.
RootsTech has been eager to book Diesel to break this trend since his groundbreaking role in the 2005 film, “The Pacifier”. RootsTech informed The Alternate Universe that they view Diesel as “the ultimate family man” and are “ecstatic” about this announcement.
Time will only tell if Diesel’s inclusion will finally make someone younger than 50 years old attend RootsTech.
