The Three Nephites Announce Split, Hiatus to Turn Permanent

What was originally thought to be a temporary hiatus has now been announced to be a permanent break-up. Fans couldn’t be more upset to see their favorite trio go their separate ways.

“There aren’t any hard feelings,” Kumen said in an interview, “but we’ve been working together for what, 2, 3 thousand years now, and I think it’s healthy to take a break.”

Kumen, who will be taking time off to spend time with loved ones, says he could definitely see the group “getting back together” sometime down the road.

Shemnon is taking the time to launch his solo career and isn’t sure if he would want to work with the other Nephites in the future.

“I know everyone wants me to say that we’ll do a reunion tour or something, but I’m not comfortable committing to that.” He added, “I feel like I’m in a growing period in my life, and I want to see where that takes me, not keep hanging on to the past.”

Mathonihah, who was seen recently vacationing with John the Beloved in Anguilla, was unavailable for comment.
