What some are calling the case of the decade, a BYU student is suing Learning Suite for discrimination towards his lack of a relationship. Learning Suite, the university’s online student system, published a Valentine’s Day theme on their website for the special holiday. Jeremy Richardson a senior at BYU hit his breaking point.
“I don’t understand why they are discriminating against all those that aren’t in romantic relationships. It’s really frustrating when they say they love you and hand you some hot chocolate one second, and then the next thing you know they are putting a knife through your fragile heart,” said Richardson.
Learning Suite isn’t known for its fancy themes and special holiday recognition like Google is. This is the only known holiday where they seek to destroy the confidence of every single person on campus.
The case is set to have its first court appearance this coming Monday, where Richardson will be represented by a student that has just recently watches Better Call Saul and thinks he knows everything about being a lawyer. BYUtv have already bought the rights for the television series adaptation of this landmark case.
